Solution_07 / Website hosting and operations

Hosting, security, infrastructure

A system is only worth something if it is still up to date years from now.

Handover isn’t the end of the work – it’s where it begins: updates, security holes, backups, speed, keeping up with legal and business changes. In a smaller company this typically isn’t anyone’s job – so we take it on. We provide web hosting and operations for your systems for a fixed monthly fee, so you only have to deal with your own business.

01 / Who it’s for

Who do we build it for?

  1. 01

Companies without their own IT person

One partner who is responsible for everything from web hosting to updates – and reachable when something goes wrong.

  2. 02

Businesses where downtime means lost revenue

A webshop, business management or booking system that has to work at eight in the morning.

  3. 03

    Agencies and smaller development teams

A managed server, backups and monitoring for the sites they build.

02 / What’s included

The modules the system is built from.

You don’t need every module at once. The first working version gets whatever takes the most load off your shoulders – the rest can be switched on later without a redesign.

  1. 01

    Web hosting and VPS

Resources sized to your real needs – you don’t pay for more than you need. Plesk control panel, fast SSD/NVMe storage, EU-based server.

  2. 02

    Security

Firewall, regular security updates on the server and in the application, SSL, access management, malware scanning, immediate action if something goes wrong.

  3. 03

    Backup and restore

Automatic daily backups kept for 30 days, with restores tested regularly – it’s not just the backup that works, the restore does too.

  4. 04

    Monitoring and alerts

Watching availability, response time and resources; we get alerted before your customer notices the problem.

  5. 05

    Speed

Caching, database tuning, image optimisation, CDN – measured and reviewed regularly.

  6. 06

    Development budget

Part of the monthly fee is a development and content upload budget: small changes, new fields, reports – without a separate quote.

03 / How we build it

Four phases, with clear outcomes.

Every phase ends with something tangible and a decision – you can see where the project stands and what comes next throughout.

  1. 01

    Review

Reviewing the existing site or system, the server and the processes: security, backups, speed, dependencies.

  2. 02

    Plan and migration

Sizing the web hosting, migrating without downtime, setting up the backup and monitoring routine.

  3. 03

    Operations

Updates, backups, monitoring, monthly report – with a response time agreed in advance.

  4. 04

    Regular review

From time to time we go through it together: is there enough capacity, is security in order, what is the next development need.

04 / Typical use cases

What we build it for.

  1. 01

Website and webshop hosting for a monthly fee

Web hosting, domain, updates, backups and a development budget in one fixed fee – a predictable cost.

  2. 02

Business management system on its own VPS

Dedicated resources, daily backups, monitoring, permission and security reviews.

  3. 03

    Migrating from outdated web hosting

From an old, never-updated environment to a modern, managed server – with no downtime and no data loss.

  4. 04

    Recovering a hacked site

Cleaning an infected or hacked site, restoring it from backup, closing the hole and putting monitoring in place.

05 / Frequently asked questions

What most people ask.

Web hosting or a VPS, domain management, updates, backups, monitoring, security oversight and a development budget. We give you the exact fee after the assessment, depending on the size of the system and the resources needed.

For a critical fault (outage, hack) within hours during working hours – thanks to monitoring often before you’ve even reported it; the committed response time is set out in the contract.

Yes, after a review. We look at the code, the dependencies and the server, and make a recommendation – with gradual modernisation if needed.

Yes: the backups and the data are yours, and can be requested or exported at any time – you are not locked in to us.
